Fluorescent magnetic poly(lactic acid) particles

• combine separation and detection purposes,

• consist of magnetite (40% w/w) in a matrix of poly(D,L-lactic acid) with a molecular weight of 17.000 Da,

• are available with mean diameters of 30 µm and 100 µm (broader size distributions),

• are offered with red fluorescence (-red, excitation: 552 nm, emission: 580 nm) or green fluorescence (-green, excitation: 475 nm, emission: 510 nm),

• can be loaded with drugs on request.
